MARK SCHUSTER graduated cum laude from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois, and Rome, Italy in 1972, and from the University of Illinois Law School in 1975. He was admitted to the Illinois State Bar the same year. Mr. Schuster represents several local municipal clients, and has extensive background in zoning, annexation, and other municipal and development matters.

Mr. Schuster has long been involved with community and bar-related groups, serving on City of Elgin zoning and subdivision committees, the governing board of St. Edward High School and coaching local youth sports. He has been a member of the Illinois Township Attorneys Association since 1996, and a Member of the Kane County Bar Association -- Local Government Law Committee since 1992.

In addition to municipal and development-related matters, Mr. Schuster also concentrates his practice in civil litigation, real estate transactions and business law; and counsels clients in family-related matters and litigation.

Mr. Schuster serves as an Administrative Hearing Officer for the City of Elgin and for the Village of South Elgin.

He has lectured in the areas of municipal law and township law on many occasions.
