SCOTT P. LARSON comes to the Firm from the Kane County State's Attorney's Office, where he worked as a prosecutor for ten years. Mr. Larson has successfully tried dozens of jury and bench trials in multiple jurisdictions in both criminal and civil matters and has experience before the Illinois Appellate Court. Mr. Larson specialized in the prosecution of cases involving the financial exploitation and physical abuse of the elderly and disabled for five years. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the Northern Illinois College of Law. He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps Reserves.
As an associate attorney for the Firm, Mr. Larson concentrates his practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, collections, probate and estate planning, elder law, traffic and criminal defense.
