ROBERT S. KRAMER graduated with distinction from John Marshall Law School in 1976. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in the same year. Mr. Kramer concentrates his practice in the fields of complex business and construction law litigation, general civil litigation, and personal injury and has handled significant mechanic's lien, medical malpractice and tort cases. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Elgin State Bank and is the Bank's General Counsel.
